Study at FIŠ – Applications for Master’s and Doctoral Studies Now Open

As of 1 April 2025, the first application period for enrolment in master’s and doctoral study programmes has opened.

At our faculty, you can choose from the following master’s degree programmes:

  • Informatics in Contemporary Society is an interdisciplinary master’s programme for those who wish to integrate social sciences and business knowledge with information technologies.

  • Computer Science and Web Technologies allows students to delve deeper into programming and application development. 

  • Data Science is the right choice for those interested in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.

  • Law and Leadership in Digital Society provides in-depth legal knowledge, particularly in the fields of digital economy and sustainable development.

  • Cyber Security is a programme that, in an era of heightened security threats, provides comprehensive knowledge in ICT security for individuals and organisations.

  • Business Informatics offers advanced knowledge of methods and techniques for digital transformation in organisations.

We also offer two doctoral study programmes:

  • Information Society is a doctoral programme in which PhD students, with the support of mentors, engage in independent scientific research at the intersection of social relations, information technologies, and their applications.

  • Information Sciences is a doctoral programme which focuses on the development and application of digital tools at the highest level of complexity, integrating, depending on the selected field of study, with computer and mathematical sciences, or appropriate combinations of these disciplines.

A key advantage of all the listed programmes is that lectures, practical exercises, and seminars take place in the afternoon and can also be attended online. This means you can choose to participate in person at the faculty or via the Zoom video conferencing platform from anywhere.
