Second application period: from 1 July to 23 September 2021

The application for enrollment in the 1st year or in the higher year according to the criteria for transitions, as well as for parallel studies is submitted via an electronic application eVŠ web portal with a username and password.

All required or supplemental documents are to be submitted electronically through eVŠ.

Supplemental documents for foreigners:

• the final certificate of completed education. The document must be legalized on the basis of:
  • the Hague Conventions of 1961 (in the court of territorial jurisdiction where the certificate was obtained), the APOSTILLE mark must be duly completed, or
  • The Act on the Certification of Documents in International Traffic.
  • * Legalization of the original certificate of education is not required in cases where it is completely abolished by the bilateral agreement (Austria, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Republic of Northern Macedonia, Serbia).
• certified (by court) Slovene translation of the original final certificate referred to in No 1,
• transcript of records (with average grade) or a diploma supplement,
• certified (by court) Slovene translation of the certificate referred to in No 3,
• certificate of knowledge of the Slovenian language at B2 level (does not apply to candidates from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia).

An application is considered to be submitted in time if it has been completed and submitted through eVŠ with a username and password before 23 September 2021.

Accepted candidates will be invited in writing to enrol. Enrolment will take place from 25 September to 30 September 2021.

If there are still vacant enrollment places after the end of the 2nd application deadline, we will accept applications until all the enrollment places are filled, but no later than 28 September 2021.
