Application periods:

For 1st cycle study programmes:

• First application period: from 20 February to 20 March 2024
• Second application period: from 21 August to 27 August 2024
• Period for still available enrolment slots: from 25 to 26 September 2024 until 10 a.m.

Enrolment in accordance with the criteria for transfer (enrolment into a higher year of study, parallel studies and places for graduates): from 1 to 16 September 2024

Enrolment for foreigners from non-EU countries and Slovenes without Slovenian citizenship:

• First application period: from 20 February to 20 March 2024
• Second application period: from 21 August to 27 August 2024
• Period for still available enrolment slots: from 25 to 26 September 2024 until 10 a.m.

For 2nd and 3rd cycle study programmes:

• First application period: from 1. 4. 2024 to 30. 4. 2024
• Second application period: from 1. 5. 2024 to 31. 5. 2024
• Third application period: from 1. 6. 2024 to 30. 6. 2024
• Fourth application period: from 1. 7. 2024 to 31. 7. 2024
• Fifth application period: from 1. 8. 2024 to 31. 8. 2024
• Sixth application period: from 1. 9. 2024 to 23. 9. 2024
• Additional application period: to 26. 9. 2024*

* If there are still available enrolment slots after the 6th application period, applications will be accepted until the slots are filled.
