Brief content description of the project:

The DIGI.DR project is aimed at strengthening best practices in the use of media education content and approaches, as well as digital citizenship in educational institutions in Slovenia. As part of the project, preventive content will be prepared for preschool education professionals to use in their work with parents and in planning educational activities in kindergartens. In primary and secondary schools, guidelines and teaching materials will be developed, focused on media education with an emphasis on critical understanding of the digital environment. The goal is to improve digital competencies and the responsible use of digital resources among children and youth. The project’s ultimate aim is to establish a sustainable model that equips all involved stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed for successful participation and responsible engagement in the digital society. The prepared content, guidelines, and approaches will be available electronically via the SIO portal for all kindergartens and schools for further use.
